Acupuncture
Acupuncture service is a prolong historical remedy which uses fine, disposable needle to insert in acupuncture point to circulate (Qi) energy.
Acupuncture points stimulate the nervous system to release chemicals in the muscles spinal cord and brain such as endorphins. These natural chemicals and hormones regulate the body. Thus improves (Qi) energy and biochemical balance to produce the body’s natural healing abilities and promoting physical and emotional well-being.

Our disposable, single-use needles are carefully selected from Korea.
Traditional cupping
Cupping is an ancient form in which the practitioner puts special cups on the affected area of the patient to create suction. It helps removing stagnation to relieve pain, promote blood flow, relaxation of muscle.
PrimeCare uses traditional glass cupping. It is preheated by quick flame to create suction. After each treatment, the cuppings are well cleaned and sanitised.
Electrical and Infrared Lamp therapy
Electric stimulation therapy is a modernised therapy based on traditional treatment. Connected points of the needle head with the machine to stimulate on affected area. It can be used to treat abnormal pain condition or nerve related symptom or rehab purpose.
Infrared light therapy is exposing red light to affected area to improve circulation of oxygen-rich blood in the body, promoting faster healing of deep tissues and relieve pain.
These treatments are now widely accepted due to their effectiveness by combining traditional method and modern facilities.
Tuina
It is “massage” but it does way more than that! The biggest takeaway from a Tuina session apart from relaxation is that it adjusts/modify part of your body for it to be back to normal function. Practitioner use part of the body (such as hand or elbow) or using tool (for instance activator) to effectively stimulate patient’s body structure to treat functional or structural problems.
PrimeCare usually combine Tuina with acupuncture treatment to maximize treatment effectiveness. For example, it could be used various musculoskeletal problems or visceral massage.
