The first treatment includes a full consultation, it helps us understand your condition and give treatment accordingly.

Any physical injury can be covered by ACC! You just need to contact your GP, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor to check your eligibility then bring your ACC claim to us for ACC funded Acupuncture treatment

SPECIAL NOTE: With Elevate Osteopath (Caitlin) joining our space from Jan 2026, we can assist with arranging Osteopath appointments, Caitlin is able to help with both ACC and non-ACC related sessions.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact at least 48 hour in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. Late cancellation fee will occur in the event of cancelling less than 48 hours prior to the appointment
