Matthew has been exceptional in every respect. So genuinely kind and caring. In the past I have had acupuncture but the previous experiences and results were not at all as thorough, comprehensive or effective as with Primecare.
In addition to helping relieve my nerve entrapment and migraines the cyst on my finger I have had for for years is gone.

I took my 11year old daughter to Matthew for a shoulder injury after a recommendation from a family friend and that was the best advice I have ever received!
He was incredibly patient with my daughter and took the time to actually speak with her as well as me which is often not the case with most health professionals. She was nervous about acupuncture but Matthew was so caring and spent the time explaining the process to her and was always checking in to see if she was okay. Every treatment was an amazing and relaxing experience and she is now finally pain free after nearly a year of seeing other health professionals with little results.

Where do I even begin?! Matthew has been nothing short of amazing. I first came to him a few months ago as a sufferer of debilitating migraines, and within weeks of our first few appointments, I noticed a huge difference in the frequency and intensity of my headaches. Matthew was able to fit me into his weekly schedule at short notice and I haven't looked back. It makes my day seeing him, and our chit chat always leaves a smile on my face! I came to see Matthew about a year ago when I was not able to move my dominant hand due to pain, right down to my arm. Within a few sessions, I was able to see a major difference.
He's very thorough with his treatments and always checks in on his patients and focuses his treatments on their concerns. My body has improved greatly ever since I've started getting acupuncture by Matthew.

My mother also went to see him, not being able to move her arm for a couple of years post-surgery. She has tried other clinics beforehand, but did not help much. After seeing Matthew for a few months, she is able to lift her arms and has full range of movement now! Matthew is amazing at what he does, and genuinely caring towards his patients. Matthew treated me for several months, and I actually looked forward to our appointments. It was always a very relaxing experience, and I would feel great after our treatment.
